The plain-English version

PD That Works is an AI coaching platform for grades 6–12 schools. Each teacher gets a five-minute written check-in every day, tied to one practice goal per 30-day cycle. School leaders get a dashboard of practice trends and a board-ready report at Day 30. Trends are aggregated; no one ever sees an individual teacher's reflections. You can start with a half-day workshop kit ($1,500–$2,000, one-time) or run the platform on its own ($4,500–$22,000 per year, by school size). Title II, Part A eligible. We build the workshop.

A kit is a fully scripted workshop we build — nothing to write, nothing to design. Any coach can lead it after an afternoon of prep. Hands-on, not PowerPoint.

We coach the teachers every day after.

The AI works with each teacher to make their goal specific enough to coach against — then coaches against it, five minutes a day. Works with our kits or any PD you already do.

We show the principal what's changing.

Board-ready reports at Day 30, 60, 90: what teachers are still working on, what they say is shifting, where the resistance is, and whether the cohort is rowing in the direction you set. Aggregated, never individual. These are teacher coaching cycles.

The practice cycle.

The AI works with each teacher in onboarding to make their commitments specific enough to coach against — vague goals get pushed back on, generic goals get sharpened, goals that don't align with what your school is working on get flagged. Then three commitments per teacher. Daily nudges. Mid-cycle check-ins at days 7, 15, 30. Every interaction logged.
