An empty high school classroom in late afternoon sunlight
PD follow-up for grades 6–12 schools

PD follow-up that lives in a teacher's pocket —
and lands on a leader's desk.

An AI coach follows up on your PD — five private minutes with every teacher, every teaching day — and shows you what's actually changing.

We do the setup. You review a prepared 30-day pilot and choose the launch date.

About two minutes. No payment. Nothing goes to teachers until you approve.

Your coach · Tuesday check-in
"You said you wanted students to revise after feedback. Did anyone revise yesterday? What did you say to make it happen?"

An AI coach checks in with every teacher — five private minutes, every teaching day.

Why not a coaching consultancy?

A great coach can hold a few dozen relationships. You have a whole faculty.

  • Workshop PD — whole faculty, once
  • Human coaching — a caseload, weekly at best
  • PD That Works — every teacher, every day

We make coaches better, we don't replace them. Published pricing, from $1,500 a quarter.

Meet your coach
I'm an AI, and I won't pretend otherwise. Every part of how I coach traces to a named research finding.
I never grade, score, or praise the person — I coach the practice. And what teachers write to me stays between us: leaders see trends, never words.

Ask it anything about itself →

What signing up gives you
  • 1A coach in every teacher's pocket, every day they teach.
  • 2A live dashboard of trends — never a teacher's words.
  • 3A board-ready report on your desk at Day 30.

One form, about two minutes. No payment. Nothing reaches teachers until you approve.

Step one
Tell us about your school.

Name, work email, school. No account, no kit choice, no tier choice.

Step two
We prepare the pilot.

We match your PD focus, set sensible defaults, and build the cohort for you.

Step three
You review and choose the launch date.

One review screen. Invitations go out only when you approve.

Tightening the first five minutes
Reflections this week describe reworking lesson opens so the first five minutes pull students in instead of settling them down.

Fourteen private reflections roll up into one theme on the principal's dashboard. Aggregated, never individual — trends, never reflections.

Day 30 report
What teachers are still working on — and what changed.
Prepared for the leadership team

The report lands on the leader's desk. The teacher keeps a private letter of her own.

Two sides, one boundary

What you receive. What teachers get.

For you and your leadership team
Evidence you can put in front of a board.
  • A dashboard of practice trends across the cohort — what teachers are working on, where the momentum is.
  • Practice themes with teacher counts, at five or more teachers — never names on a reflection.
  • A board-ready Day 30 report: what teachers are still working on, what they say is shifting.
  • We handle the initial setup — you make two decisions: how teachers get access, and the launch date.
For each of your teachers
A coach in your pocket every day you teach.
  • A five-minute written check-in every teaching day, tied to one practice goal per 30-day cycle.
  • Their own goal, in their own words — the coach helps make it specific enough to coach against.
  • Reflections that stay private. Leaders see trends, never a teacher's words.
  • A Day 30 letter of their own, about what changed — theirs alone.

Aggregated, never individual — trends, never reflections.

Teacher reflections are unreadable to leaders by construction, not by policy. Five teachers is the minimum for privacy-safe patterns.

Everything's open — the live dashboard, a sample coaching letter, pricing. No signup to look.

Before you click

What happens when I click?

What actually happens after I submit the request?
You tell us your name, work email, and school — about two minutes. We prepare the pilot: PD focus, defaults, a proposed launch window. You get one review screen. Nothing reaches teachers and no payment exists until you approve it.
How much work is this for me?
We do the initial setup. You make two decisions before launch: how teachers receive access — paste emails or share one link — and when invitations go out. The trial clock starts at launch, not at your request.
What do teachers do every day?
A prompt tied to their commitment. Five minutes. The AI asks something specific, the teacher responds in their own words, the AI responds briefly to what they wrote. Every response feeds the aggregate reports — never the words themselves.
Can I approve this myself?
Starter at $4,500 falls below most board-approval thresholds. Most principals approve it the way they approve conference registrations. And the pilot request itself commits you to nothing.
