A note for teachers

Your school is starting PD That Works.

Someone probably forwarded you this page. Here's what it is, what stays private, and what tomorrow actually looks like — in about two minutes of reading.

What it is

A coach in your pocket every day you teach. After your school's workshop, the AI works with you to make your goal specific enough to coach against — then coaches against it, five minutes a day. Not another platform to manage. One prompt a day, tied to what you said you're working on.

"You said you wanted students to revise after feedback. Did anyone revise yesterday? What did you say to make it happen?"

You write a few sentences back—or leave a quiet check-in. The AI responds briefly to what you wrote. If you ask for an idea, it offers a small next attempt.

What stays private — the actual deal

  • Your words are never shown to your school. Reflections are yours. Administrators cannot read them — the platform is built that way, not policy that way.
  • Your school sees trends, never reflections. Anonymized themes across the whole cohort — and a theme only appears when at least five teachers' reflections support it. Fewer than five, the platform stays quiet.
  • One thing is visible: whether you've checked in. If you go quiet for a few days, your principal sees that you've gone quiet — never what you wrote, never how you're feeling. Engagement, not content.
  • Wins are shared only when you choose. You decide whether to share a moment with your school, and whether your name is on it. Nothing auto-shares.

Teachers know this when they sign up. It's why they actually use the thing.
