You’ve sat through plenty of PD, so you know the pattern: a good day in August, and by November you’re on your own again. I want to try something that changes that.
It’s called PD That Works. After a workshop, every teacher gets a coach in their pocket — a five-minute daily check-in that actually knows you and gets more useful the longer you use it. It reads like a journal, not a chatbot: you write a line about your day, and a coach writes back with something you can use tomorrow.
Two things I want to be clear about up front:
- It’s five minutes a day, on your time. Not another meeting, not another form.
- Before you ask about privacy — I asked first. I will never see what you write. Not me, not anyone here. I see whether we’re checking in, and the themes that emerge across the group — only ever patterns across five or more teachers, never anyone’s words. The platform is built that way.
