Three ways to buy.
Most schools start with one cycle, because it is the smallest thing that proves whether teachers actually keep going after the PD day. The subscription is for when you want that to keep happening. A teacher can also buy their own account outright, and it stays theirs.
1. One cycle — $495
One-time. Up to 25 teachers, one cohort, 30 days. No auto-renewal, no card kept on file for a future charge; a second cycle is a deliberate purchase.
You build it yourself in about ten minutes: describe the PD you already ran, review the cycle we propose, and set the launch date. Nothing reaches a single teacher until you approve it.
This is the honest test. At the end you have a Day-30 report showing what teachers reported working on and how consistently they engaged — and a real answer about whether the follow-through held.
2. A school subscription — $450 to $2,200 a month
For a school that wants follow-through running continuously rather than once. The coach accumulates context on each teacher's goal across cycles, and each monthly report builds on the last instead of restarting.
| Tier | Monthly | Annual by invoice | Capacity |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $450/mo | $4,500/yr | 1 cohort · 30 teachers |
| Growth | $900/mo | $9,000/yr | 3 cohorts · 60 teachers |
| Pro | $1,450/mo | $14,500/yr | Unlimited cohorts · 100 teachers |
| Plus | $2,200/mo | $22,000/yr | Unlimited cohorts · 150 teachers |
Monthly by card cancels any time and ends with the paid month. Annual by invoice is ten payments instead of twelve — the way schools actually buy against Title II and PO funds. No card, no auto-charge: each year is a fresh invoice your school re-approves.
Title II Part A eligible at every tier. Starter and Growth fall below board-approval thresholds in most districts.
Larger than this? District is $40K–$200K — multi-building, Title II and IV aligned, with cross-building analytics.
3. One teacher — $9 a month
$9/month, or $79/year (saving $29). A teacher who arrives on their own gets the full daily coaching experience free for 30 days first — not a crippled preview, the real thing, ending on their own private Day-30 letter.
A personal account belongs to the teacher, not the building. If they change schools, their goals, their record, and their coach go with them.
Workshop kits, if you need the PD day itself
Optional, and separate from the above: a facilitator-ready workshop any instructional coach can lead. $1,500 half-day, $2,000 full-day, or $5,500 for all five (saving $2,500). Each includes 30-day access for one cohort of 25 teachers.
You do not need a kit to run a cycle — the cycle builder works from PD you already ran.
What every price includes
- The privacy floor. Leaders never see a teacher's reflections or coach responses, in any tier. The exact boundary.
- Reports that state their own limits. Every report names what it rests on and what it does not measure. What we measure, and what we don't.
- No teacher contact before you approve. Nothing goes out to a single teacher until a leader reviews and launches.
Common questions
Does the $495 cycle renew automatically?
No. One-time, one cycle. Nothing recurs and no card is kept for a future charge.
Can we pay by invoice or PO?
Yes, on annual subscriptions — ten payments instead of twelve, invoiced once, re-approved by your school each year.
What happens after the 30 days?
You keep the report. If you want the next cycle, you buy it — either another one-off or a subscription. Nothing renews on its own.
Is this Title II Part A eligible?
Yes, at every tier. See what Title II can pay for.
